Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions, square footage, and specific service requirements discovered during the initial visit.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments
Scheduled appointments require confirmation. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: No charge
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: May be subject to a cancellation fee
- No-shows without prior notice: Full service fee may apply
Rescheduling
We accommodate rescheduling requests when possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
- We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments
- For recurring services, payment terms will be established in your service agreement
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees

- Clear pathways and work areas

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will address your concerns at no additional charge.
6. Insurance and Liability
Brightway Cleaning, LLC is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Our insurance covers accidental damage caused by our team during service delivery.
- Please report any damage within 24 hours of service completion
- Pre-existing damage is not covered
- We are not responsible for items left in areas to be cleaned
- Liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement at fair market value
